**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Staff Supervision and Training**:

- Lead, train, and supervise stewarding staff to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Schedule and assign tasks to stewarding personnel to meet operational needs.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff for development and improvement.
- **Operations Management**:

- Oversee the cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas, dining rooms, and storage areas.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and cleaning of kitchen equipment and utensils.
- Manage the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed.
- **Compliance and Safety**:

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations and standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain a safe and hygienic working environment.
- Address and resolve any safety or hygiene issues promptly.
- **Coordination and Communication**:

- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow.
- Communicate effectively with other departments to coordinate activities and resolve issues.
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel.
- **Quality Control**:

- Monitor and enforce cleanliness standards in all areas under stewardship.
- Implement and maintain cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
- Address guest or customer feedback related to cleanliness and service promptly.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Prepare and maintain reports related to staff performance, inventory, and operational issues.
- Assist in budget management and cost control related to stewarding operations.
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to planning and decision-making processes.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in hospitality or food service management is a plus.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the stewarding or kitchen support field.
- Strong knowledge of sanitation, health, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month
