**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and support the waitstaff to ensure exceptional food and beverage service in accordance with luxury hospitality standards.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to guarantee prompt, attentive, and professional service at all times.
- Train, mentor, and inspire team members to maintain consistency, quality, and excellence in service delivery.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues efficiently to ensure complete guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards across all dining and service areas.
- Coordinate closely with the kitchen and other departments to ensure seamless communication and smooth service flow.
- Manage table setups, dining reservations, and special requests with attention to detail and precision.
- Monitor inventory levels of service equipment and report shortages or maintenance needs promptly.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and operational standards as set by the hotel.

**Qualifications, Experience & Skills**:

- Minimum **2-3 years of experience** as a Captain Waiter or Senior Waiter in a 5-star luxury hotel or fine dining environment.
- Proven leadership, organizational, and team management capabilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and guest engagement skills.
- Strong knowledge of fine dining service standards, menu presentation, and upselling techniques.
- Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with luxury hospitality expectations.
- Ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- Fluency in **English** is required; knowledge of additional languages will be an advantage.

- F&B Captain in Luxury 5 star Hotels: 2 years (required)
