Responsible for the management of the embedded team, the ongoing projects, and the daily work. The Account Manager is the first port of call for daily updates and should lead as a trusted consultant and direct focal point for the assigned unit. This includes responsibility for team allocation to tasks, delivery to deadlines, maintaining a close eye on quality control and keeping the lead fully up to date on activity.

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the lead point of all web projects across the organization and its entities.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects according to stakeholders needs and objectives.
- Establishes Web project scope by assessing and validating business and technical requirements and parameters, developing, and writing proposals.
- Participate in the initial conception stage along with the organization’s entities to better meet the needs of stakeholders and to translate their expectations to effective solutions.
- Follow the scope of the project from the proposal stage to the technical work up, and finally to the delivery of the web project.
- Ensure all maintenance and content updates are carried out in timely manner and according to SLA.
- Maintain quality standards and control on all requests.
- Work to find and solve any problems with the function of a web project by implementing testing processes and working with technical staff to address any issues.
- Supervise the web team by developing effective training procedures, appropriate task assignments, positive user experiences and top-quality control processes.
- Aim to meet all project goals within the specified timelines and allocated resources; adjust practices to reflect cost saving measures.
- Generate periodic project status reports to be presented to organization’s stakeholders, detail data, tasks, and processes.
- Take on new and unproven tasks to develop innovative business ideas and opportunities that help lead the organization to future success.
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare reports on account status.
- Collaborate with Comms management to identify and grow opportunities within territory performance measuring and boosting.
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum experience of 8 years in a comparable industry.
- Proven work experience as web Project Manager, or relevant role.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive.
- Strong experience in Drupal and Web CRM Softwares.
- Solid experience with Project management tools.
- Strong understanding of content management for the web
- Strong technical experience in google analytics, web ranking tools, web domain management, DNS management, Alexa, Moz.
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- BA/BS degree in relevant field.
