- _Detailed structural design of buildings/structures _
- _Produce design drawings, calculations reports and specifications._
- _Proficient in utilizing standard engineering principles, techniques and analyses to complete conventional, moderately complex assignments within the structure discipline._
- _Proficient in utilizing engineering software packages associated with the structures discipline._
- _Track the progress of the assigned design and report to the Senior and Principal Engineers of the status and any issues that may arise during the design development._
- _Support other engineering activities as required by the senior and principal engineer._
- _Intimate knowledge of the following software: SAP2000, AutoCAD, Bentley RAM connections/elements, Prokon, ROBOT, ETABS_
- _Intimate knowledge of following design codes: British Standards, Eurocode, AASHTO LRFD Bridge Design Specifications, Ashghal IAN 009 and other structural design related Interim Advice Notes._
- _Business-level English language skills sufficient to produce well-written reports with organized structure and mínimal need for grammatical corrections, and to hold articulate verbal communications._
