You will lead sourcing strategies, optimize supplier relationships, and ensure the seamless flow of quality products at the best possible value. This is more than a purchasing role — it’s a strategic position where your insights and decisions will directly influence profitability, efficiency, and excellence. - **Key Responsibilities**_ - Lead the procurement process for food and hospitality supplies with a strategic and cost-conscious mindset. - Design and implement sourcing strategies that deliver long-term value and competitive advantage. - Build strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate favorable terms, and ensure high service levels. - Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement and value engineering. - Monitor budgets, track savings, and deliver measurable procurement KPIs. - Champion compliance with procurement policies and uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct. - Leverage ERP tools (preferably SAP) to drive transparency and efficiency in the procurement cycle. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement strategies with broader business goals. - **What We’re Looking For**_ - **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field. - **Certifications**: Supply Chain or Logistics professional qualifications are a plus. - **Experience**: - Minimum 5 years of procurement experience, including at least 3 years in food procurement. - Experience within the hospitality industry is essential. - GCC experience (minimum 2 years) preferred. - **Skills**: - Deep understanding of procurement processes and food supply chains. - Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. - Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred). - Analytical thinker with strong decision-making capabilities. - Clear communicator and confident collaborator. - **Why Join?**_ This is your opportunity to join a forward-thinking organization that values innovation, integrity, and impact.
