**Job Summary**: As an Outdoor Sales Representative for our cosmetic products, you will be responsible for generating sales, building strong relationships with clients, and promoting our brand in the market. Your primary focus will be on visiting potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing them with suitable cosmetic solutions from our product line. This role demands excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a deep understanding of the cosmetic industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Generation**:

- Identify and target potential customers through cold calling, referrals, and networking.
- Present, promote, and sell cosmetic products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Provide customers with product information and suitable recommendations.
- Handle customer queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- **Market Research**:

- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends in the cosmetic industry.
- Continuously gather feedback from customers to improve the product and service offerings.
- Monitor and report on competitor activities and market conditions.
- **Promotional Activities**:

- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and events to promote products and brand awareness.
- Distribute promotional materials to increase product visibility and awareness.
- **Reporting**:

- Prepare reports on sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends.
- Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager on progress and new opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the cosmetic industry.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to build productive business professional relationships.
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.
- Physical ability to carry samples and promotional materials during field visits.
