Accountant - Foreign Payables

Prepare payment certificate in accordance with the related agreement/PO.
- Ensuring the completion of payments
- Analysis of invoice and expense reports to verify the Purchase orders.
- Payment of vendors by continuously checking discrepancies to contracts, purchase orders or invoices
- Ensure that the Payment are in accordance with the supplier contracts and terms.
- Administration and recording entries, documentation of receipts etc.
- Maintenance of accounting ledgers and reconciling them before making the payments.
- Reporting of any unusual discrepancy and ensure that the same is resolved in coordination with other teams.
- Check stock coverage and sales analysis report
- Reconcile the Purchase, tender, advance reports
- Match invoice to GRN to PO/agreement.
- Follow up on damages.
- Check Foreign Exchange Rates and update the ERP.
- Preparation of Payment Voucher.
- Preparation of Unpaid/Pending Invoices.
- Handling queries related to Foreign suppliers’ due payments and advance payment for the payment made with mínimal assistance.
- Issuing debit note to the supplier to claim supplier expenses
- Receiving credit notes from the supplier and recording the same in our books
- Maintaining Accounts payable aging report, Getting SOA from supplier periodically.
- Establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with employees & other departments.
- Coordinate with other departments like Procurement and Logistics for the payment process or Purchase order verification process.
- Any other task assigned by superiors
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: Up to QAR4,500.00 per month
