- **Team Management**: Recruit, train, and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and professional growth.
- **Kitchen Operations**: Efficiently manage kitchen operations, optimizing workflows, and maintaining a well-organized, clean, and safe kitchen environment.
- **Culinary Innovation**: Stay ahead of culinary trends and experiment with new ingredients, techniques, and presentations to elevate the dining experience.

**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef in high-end dining establishments.
- Culinary degree or equivalent culinary certification.

- In-depth knowledge of food trends, techniques, and ingredient sourcing.
