**Overview**: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect to lead and oversee our enterprise-wide IT architecture. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the overall IT infrastructure and systems architecture to support our organization's business objectives. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, including senior management, IT teams, and business units, to ensure that our IT architecture aligns with strategic goals and enhances operational efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture blueprint, ensuring alignment with business goals, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead architecture design sessions and technology evaluations to propose viable solutions that meet business requirements.
- Define and implement architecture governance processes and standards to ensure consistency and quality across projects and systems.
- Assess and recommend emerging technologies and trends that could improve the company's IT landscape and competitiveness.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to architecture and development teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Collaborate with project managers and business analysts to translate business requirements into technical designs and architectural plans.
- Conduct periodic reviews and audits of IT systems and architecture to identify areas for improvement or optimization.
- Manage relationships with vendors and service providers to evaluate products and services, negotiate contracts, and ensure delivery of solutions meets architectural standards.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Master’s in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 10+ years experience as an Architect or similar role.
- Experience in leading and managing architecture teams, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, TOGAF Certified) are a plus.
