**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Material Procurement**: Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of materials required for various projects and operations.
- **Inventory Management**: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, monitor stock levels, and reorder materials as needed to prevent shortages.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect incoming materials to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications, and address any discrepancies or issues.
- **Material Handling**: Supervise the handling, storage, and transportation of materials to prevent damage or loss.
- **Documentation**: Prepare and maintain documentation related to material procurement, inventory, and transactions.
- **Vendor Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers, negotiate pricing and terms, and resolve any issues that may arise.
- **Facilities Management Support**: Assist in coordinating maintenance activities and facility-related projects, ensuring the availability of materials and resources as needed.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations related to material handling and procurement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Previous experience in Facilities Management or a similar role preferred.
- Strong understanding of material management principles and inventory control methods.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and inventory management software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and practices related to material handling.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to QAR6,000.00 per month
