A Qatar-based, group of holding companies with various business sectors in Industrials, Materials, Transport, F&B, Apparel, and professional services. Our company is looking for a qualified accountant to streamline the flow of business operations.

**Main responsibilities**
- Improve the company’s workflow processes.
- Analyze existing ops processes of all the business sector (Warehouse, Restaurant, Transport, Apparel, and Head office)
- Transform operational processes so they meet our requirements, developing an exact transformation plan for the company to execute with our advice
- Analyze the current incentive system of ops functions and improve it (key metrics, target values, levers to achieve)
- Set up stores and improve employees’ work efficiency.
- Track daily metrics of a pilot store and assess baseline/target values for key metrics
- Understand the customer’s pain points and decide on solutions
- Create store layout and add to all the IT systems with help of the product team
- Help to run all the business sectors with Managers and Employees.,
- Educate store team, drive them to reach sales target.
- Interact with the managers for product offerings, and shop visits on time to time basis through meetings and calls.
- Create a roll-out plan according to store needs
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities
- Manage project budget and direct all efforts to maximize the profits across all revenue streams like Apparel and F&B outlets.
- Lead the implementation of our hiring workflow in all markets and assure compliance with local laws.
- Leading the planning and implementation of projects/contracts
- Ensure operations/work processes occur in accordance with all relevant legal, regulatory, and any other standards and requirements to which compliance is required.
- Managing project administration, including all documentation till invoicing and Contract, close out.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Minimum 2 years of full-time professional experience in a related field
- **Strong knowledge of Operations Management practices**:

- NOC with a Driving License is compulsory.
- Good communication skills with relevant headquarters stakeholders
- Decision-making skills and great problem-solving under strict deadlines
- Presentational skills
- Good IT skills (Excel, spreadsheet is a must),
- Languages English, Hindi, Malayalam, and Arabic (preferred)
