Qualification -Mechanical Engineering

Experience - 5+ years of experience

**Job Accountabilities**:

- Individually handle the projects with HVAC Design Requirement.
- Conceptualization of system requirement based on project nature.
- Experience in knowledge of ventilation and air conditioning systems and a successful track record of delivering detailed designs to the highest international standards.
- Develop the design criteria, which would define the requirements the systems would be required to deliver.
- Develop conceptual design and preliminary design documents, which would include calculations related to sizing and selecting of these systems, the development of HVAC Airflow Diagrams and Utility Systems Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID's), and general arrangements.
- Develop final design documents including specification, sequences of operation as well as the HVAC ductwork layout and final construction documents
- Have thorough knowledge of codes related to the design.
- Have thorough knowledge of HVAC software program i.e. HAP, CAD, Revit.
- Selection of HVAC Equipment’s.
- Preparation data sheet for major equipment’s.
- Preparation of tender specification.
- Preparation of Design Reports.
- Inter discipline coordination.
- Vendor coordination for equipment selection.
- Review meeting with Clients.
- Site visit to handle client / vendor quires, input collection & design co-ordination.
- Maintains effective communication with project team members, other departments, suppliers and clients.
- Observes safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly.
- Accepts other duties as assigned.
- are followed.
- Oversee and resolve the various design issues during all phases.
