Welltec is actively recruiting a Field Engineer 1 for Qatar based in Doha as part of Welltec’s Global Operations function. We are growing rapidly and are extremely busy, which is why we are looking for a new colleague to join the team. **The position**:
To further strengthen and support our operations in Qatar (and other Middle East countries), we are looking for highly motivated Field Engineers.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and execute complex onshore and offshore operations across Qata
- r Perform job load-out and rig up/down at wellsite, both land and offshore environment
- s Follow detailed processes and procedures to maintain an industry-leading level of service qualit
- y Maintain equipment and facilities in an orderly and workable condition
- Minimum 4 years’ experience with Wellte
- c Take responsibility as lead engineer on assigned operations, be forward-learning and HSE minde
- d Accurately complete all relevant paperwork associated with a job, including but not limited to the job report and field ticket, in a neat and timely manne
- r Be an ambassador for Welltec and Welltec technology when performing a job on-site. This includes building good relationships and promoting Welltec service
- s In addition to conveyance has extensive experience in Welltec Mechanical/ Milling and Cutter servic
- e Be a highly motivated individual who approaches challenges positively and is willing to work under pressure and in varying remote conditions. Offshore experience is mandator
- y Ensures that all duties are carried out with due diligence to customers and Welltec QHSE Policie
- s Leads by example in promoting and maintaining a safe workplace and holding others in the field accountable to this high leve
- l Must understand and comply with all HSE, HR, and company policies of Wellte
