We are seeking a talented and experienced Google Ads specialist to join our marketing team. As a Google Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our Google Ads campaigns to drive lead generation and brand awareness internationally. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic industry and contribute to the growth and success of our business.

**Key Responsibilities**

Develop and execute Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and conversions for ABH Real Estate's properties and services.

Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and ad creative development to optimize campaign performance.

Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop integrated marketing strategies and initiatives that align with business objectives.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new features in Google Ads and other digital advertising platforms.

Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment and coordination of marketing efforts.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.

Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns, with a strong track record of driving results and achieving ROI targets.

Google Ads certification is preferred.

Proficiency in Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions and optimize campaign performance.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Experience with international marketing and lead generation is a plus.

Passion for real estate and a creative mindset are desirable qualities.
