**Job Description: Business Consultant/ Sales Consultant (B2B-Bilingual-Arabic-English)**

Location: Doha-Qatar

**Salary**: (QR 2500-3000)+Commissions

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and approach potential corporate and individual clients to promote tailored training programs and solutions.
- Build, maintain, and grow strategic relationships with key accounts including **corporate clients, HR managers, L&D teams, and government entities**.
- **Manage the full RFQ (Request for Quotation) process**: receive, prepare, and submit quotations and proposals for client training requirements.
- Prepare and deliver customized **presentations, proposals, and capability statements** aligned with client needs.
- Meet and exceed monthly B2B sales targets, conversion rates, and KPIs.
- Act as a **training advisor** for inbound and walk-in leads—assess their goals and recommend appropriate courses.
- Provide accurate course details, schedules, certifications, and enrollment guidance.
- Follow up systematically with leads and maintain accurate records using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support corporate campaigns and targeted outreach.
- Attend **corporate meetings, training expos, and networking events** to represent the organization professionally.
- Report on market trends, client feedback, and competitor activity to inform strategic planning.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
- **Native Arabic speaker** with strong command of English (verbal and written).
- **2-3 years of proven B2B experience** in corporate training sales, business development, or educational consulting.
- Prior experience in **RFQ response preparation and proposal development** is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with the training and education industry in Qatar or the GCC region.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple corporate accounts.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and communication platforms.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
