Urgently Hiring - Lead Piping Pre commissioning Engineer

**Qualifications**:
Experience within Refinery: Chemical Engineer with 14+years of experience in refining complex in operational and multi-skill roles as Field and DCS Operations, these experiences were obtained through Operation, Startup/shutdowns, Process activities, Pre-commissioning & commissioning of refineries.

**SCOPE OF EXCELLENCE COVERS**:
**UNITS HANDLED**:

- Sulphur Recovery, Amine Regeneration Unit, Tail gas Treatment Unit & Oil and Gas Separation Plant, Gas Processing Plant.

Fluid catalytic cracker unit, Naphtha Steam cracker unit.

Tank farm, Crude export.

Utility Units (CW, IA, N2, Boiler, GTG, STG, WWT, RO, FWA).
- Process line pre-commissioning, commissioning
- Pipe line cleaning such as Chemical cleaning, degreasing, Pigging Cleaning
- Leak test with [AIR, NITROGEN, HELIUM]
- Blowing with [STEAM, AIR]
- Catalyst Loading and handling of [Hydrocarbons, Bromine, palladium carbon]

High-Pressure Leak [PNEUMATIC, HYDRO]

Lube and hot oil flushing, Oil Purification, Filtration
- Nitrogen purging & Testing
- Flange management including bolt torquing
- Video camera inspection (Borescope)
- Hydro jetting / Retro jetting & system dry out

*On-site valve testing

*Oil and chemical Filling & Storage
