We are looking for our Café a passionate, energetic, and customer-focused individuals to join our growing team, dedicated to delivering quality coffee, delicious food, and a warm, welcoming environment. We are looking for an experienced and motivated **Café Manager** to lead our team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

**Location**: Doha / Qatar & **Gender**: Male Required Only
**Employment Type**: Full-Time & **Nationality Preferred**:Arabic
**Experience**: Minimum 4 to 5 years in a Similar Industry or Supervisory/Managerial role in hospitality

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations of the café, including staff management and scheduling
- Maintain high standards of customer service and food quality
- Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relations
- Handle cash flow, budgeting, and cost control
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Train, motivate, and lead café staff

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality management role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Customer-focused with great communication skills
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic financial reporting
- Fluent in Arabic; English is an advantage
