**Job Summary**:As an HVAC Team Leader in Qatar, you will oversee and coordinate the activities of the HVAC team, ensuring the efficient installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.

HVAC team leader will primarily be responsible for undertake maintenance procedures, regular checks and routine inspections and ensure statutory compliance.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Team Management**:Lead and supervise the HVAC team, providing guidance and support.
Allocate tasks and responsibilities to team members based on expertise and workload.

**Project Coordination**:Coordinate HVAC projects, including installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

**Quality Assurance**:Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure high standards in HVAC services.
Conduct inspections to verify compliance with specifications.

**Technical Support**:Provide technical expertise and support to team members.
Troubleshoot complex HVAC issues and offer solutions.

**Client Communication**:Liaise with clients to understand project requirements and address any concerns.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.

Also,

Undertake maintenance procedures, regular checks and routine inspections

Assist, manage and permit sub-contractors in relation to maintenance works

Undertake maintenance, carryout repairs, minor works and adjustments associated with the installed services incorporating all refrigerant systems throughout the campus as directed

**Requirements**:

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
- **A valid Driver's License (DL) and proficiency in driving, required for occasional travel and on-site supervision.**:

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with Qatar's regulations and industry practices in HVAC maintenance preferred.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in HVAC systems installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC technology and industry standards.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in reading and interpreting HVAC schematics and blueprints.
- Familiarity with HVAC software and tools.
- Understanding of safety protocols in the HVAC industry

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: QAR1,500.00 - QAR4,500.00 per month
