**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise, mentor, and train service staff to deliver **5-star service excellence** across all F&B outlets.
- Oversee daily operations, including **shift scheduling, staff coordination, and workflow management**.
- Ensure flawless **table setups, mise-en-place, and adherence to service protocols**.
- Monitor **guest satisfaction**, promptly addressing feedback and resolving service issues with professionalism.
- Collaborate closely with **kitchen and bar teams** to ensure smooth communication and operational efficiency.
- Conduct **pre-shift briefings, performance evaluations, and on-the-job training** for service staff.
- Enforce strict compliance with **hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards**.
- Assist in **inventory control, stock management, and cost optimization** initiatives.
- Lead by example with a **guest-centric approach, strong leadership, and a polished demeanor**.

**Requirements**:

- **4-5 years of experience** in luxury hotels or fine-dining restaurants, with at least **2 years in a supervisory role**.
- **Fluent in English** (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
- Exceptional **leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills**.
- Ability to thrive in a **fast-paced, high-end hospitality environment**.
- Strong **guest relations and team management** abilities.
