To assist Maintenance Team in the effective operations of Ain Khalid Gate.

Updating and maintaining information on system and in archives.
- Printing and generating job cards
- Opening and closing job cards
- Authorized access with ERP system
- Communication with maintenance staff in regards to job card distribution.
- Sending reports and updates to management
- Coordination with call center in regards to Job card request & update monitoring
- Attending maintenance phone calls and tenant’s complaints
- Updating job card status, follow up and sending reports
- Assistance with the maintenance supervisor & operational matters
- Maintaining office equipment and stationary supplies
- Maintain log books or records of activities and tasks
- In charge in filing maintenance documentations
- In charge in keeping maintenance office in proper
- Other job card related works

Pay: QAR2,000.00 per month
