**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead a team of hairstylists, estheticians, and support staff.
- Manage daily salon operations including scheduling, inventory control, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests.
- Oversee financial aspects, including budgeting, payroll, and sales targets.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring every client has a positive experience.
- Ensure that all equipment, tools, and products are properly maintained and sterilized.
- Promote salon services and products to drive sales and increase customer loyalty.
- Organize staff training and development to enhance skills and performance.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Salon Manager or in a similar managerial role in the beauty or salon industry.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer complaints and difficult situations with professionalism.
- Knowledge of salon products, tools, and services.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in salon management software is a plus.
- Passion for the beauty industry and delivering excellent customer service.
