**Technical Supervisor Job Duties**
- Ensuring that the facilities are operating smoothly by monitoring and reporting on equipment performance, maintenance needs, and employee performance
- Providing technical advice and guidance to employees whose work is related to a specific technical field such as construction or engineering
- Coordinating with other supervisors to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget constraints
- Reviewing work orders, checklists, and other documentation to ensure that the work was performed correctly
- Evaluating employee performance and conducting disciplinary actions when necessary
- Assigning tasks to employees based on their skills and training, ensuring that they are working safely, and providing feedback to help them improve their performance
- Overseeing the work of employees in order to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget constraints
- Maintaining good relationships with clients by providing them with information about projects as they progress and answering any questions they may have
- Communicating regularly with clients to ensure that they are happy with the work being performed
