Key Responsibilities
:
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults in heavy equipment and commercial vehicles.
- Inspect, repair, and maintain air conditioning systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance on electrical and AC systems.
- Read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams and technical manuals.
- Troubleshoot starting, charging, lighting, and control systems.
- Repair or replace wiring harnesses, sensors, switches, relays, alternators, and starters.
- Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify electrical faults.
- Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer and company safety standards.
- Maintain accurate service reports and repair records.
- Coordinate with the workshop team to complete repairs efficiently. Requirements:
- Diploma or Technical Certificate in Electrical, Automotive, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience as an Electrical & AC Technician for heavy equipment or commercial vehicles.
- Experience working with excavators, wheel loaders, cranes, boom trucks, forklifts, telehandlers, generators, or similar equipment.
- Good knowledge of electrical wiring, electronic control systems, and vehicle air conditioning systems.
- Ability to use diagnostic scanners and electrical testing equipment.
- Ability to read electrical schematics.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driving license is an advantage. Benefits:
