**Job Brief**

One of our esteemed clients is seeking a QA / QC Lead for a major Ashghal infrastructure project in Qatar. This role is perfect for an experienced civil engineer who has worked on large infrastructure projects and is passionate about maintaining top-quality standards.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead the Quality Assurance and Quality Control functions on-site.
- Prepare and manage the Project Quality Plan, ITPs, and QA / QC procedures.
- Work closely with Ashghal and project stakeholders for inspections and reports.
- Carry out internal audits and support third-party/client audits.
- Ensure all construction work meets approved quality standards.
- Review and approve materials, methods, and subcontractor documents.
- Supervise QA / QC engineers and inspectors on-site.
- Submit QA / QC reports, dashboards, and performance reviews.
- Drive continuous improvement in project quality practices.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognised university.
- 10 to 15+ years of QA / QC experience in the construction or infrastructure field.
- Lead Auditor Certification (ISO 9001) IRCA-approved is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Ashghal standards, Qatar Construction Standards (QCS), and international QA / QC codes.
- Excellent communication and team management skills.
- Experience in leading multi-disciplinary QA / QC teams.
- Skilled in MS Office, QA / QC tools, and document control systems.

**Preferred (Not Mandatory)**
- Prior Ashghal approval or experience on Ashghal projects.
- Familiarity with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 integration.
