**Telecoms Engineer - Exciting Opportunity in Doha, Qatar**

We are seeking a highly skilled Telecoms Engineer to join our team on a contract basis for an ambitious project located in the bustling city of Doha, Qatar. This role is tailored for professionals eager to play a pivotal part within the Oil & Gas sector and make impactful contributions towards significant expansion projects.

**Key Requirements**:
Bachelors Degree in Communication Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 6 years' Oil and Gas Projects experience with in-depth knowledge for the following Telecom Systems:

- Transmission Networks, (MPLS, Ethernet, Packet switching technologies); IT networking experience
- LAN/WAN (Cisco switch configuration), Wireless Access Points
- CAT6 Structured Cabling, Fiber Optic Cabling and supporting equipment and infrastructures
- Public Address & General Alarm (PA/GA-Systems)
- Access Control System, & ANPR (Vehicle Access Control)
- Cisco IP Telephony / Hotline / Voice Recorder Systems
- UHF (TETRA) & VHF Radio Systems
- CCTV (Process & Security) & Fence Intrusion Detection Systems
- Experienced in supporting and delivering Projects to completion

**Essential Skills**:
Provide Telecoms Engineering Leadership in support of North Field Expansion (NFE) Onshore Projects.
Adherence to Standard Telecommunications Design Philosophy
Support timely completion of Telecom Project Milestones
Supervise Contractor & Vendor Telecom Engineering activities
Technical support for all Telecom Engineering Scope of Work
Provide Telecom supervision over multiple Projects
Support Telecom Construction and Commissioning activities.
Brownfield integration with existing Telecom Systems
Ensure Telecom Engineering design integrity and quality

As an integral member of our engineering division you will have:

- The opportunity provide leadership across various Telecom initiatives
- Direct engagement adhering strictly established telecommunications design philosophies
- Active involvement supervising contractor/vendor telecom activities thus lending technical support throughout all stages from conceptualization right down construction commissioning phases alike

Moreover there's scope assist brownfield integrations existing setups thereby maintaining overall integrity quality designs put forth
