Contract Administrator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Contract Management**:
- Oversee contract administration for MEP construction projects, ensuring all terms, conditions, and obligations are met.
- Manage and resolve contract-related issues and support negotiations for contract amendments and modifications.
- Draft, review, and interpret contracts and related documents to identify risks and opportunities.
- **Project Planning & Scheduling**:
- Develop and maintain project schedules using **Primavera P6** and other project management tools.
- Monitor project progress, milestones, and deadlines, providing reports and status updates to stakeholders.
- Identify critical path activities, assess impact of delays, and implement corrective measures as needed.
- **Delay Analysis & Claims Management**:
- Conduct detailed delay analysis and time impact evaluations.
- Prepare **Extension of Time (EOT)** claims, delay analysis reports, and **Variation Orders** in accordance with contract terms.
- Support claims preparation and negotiation for time extensions, delays, and cost variations.
- **Communication & Coordination**:
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and project teams.
- Prepare detailed correspondence and reports, ensuring all project records are complete and up-to-date.
- **Compliance & Documentation**:
- Ensure all project activities are in compliance with local regulatory standards and **UPDA** requirements.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records to support claims, contract compliance, and project close-out.
Pay: QAR10,000.00 - QAR15,000.00 per month
