Sales Specialist

**Job Summary / Overall Purpose**:
Responsible for achieving the sales goals and KPIs of the assigned product portfolio, contributing to RDC MEA and the sub-region/Country objectives, driving business success, based on product innovation and high medical value promotion. Provide knowledge and support to customers on the products under responsibility, while maximizing opportunities on channel-filling. Ensure doing business as per Roche Code of Conduct.

**Key Accountabilities**:
**Business Area Performance**
- Achieve the sales required in the area of responsibility
- Promotes the assigned product portfolio, in line with the strategy.
- Implements the activities and strategies defined, to achieve the sales targets, gain market share and meet the related strategic KPIs.
- Identifies new opportunities on the assigned products within existing and new clients to expand the business and ensure channel-filling
- Ensures ongoing interaction and communication with customers, coordinating the market visits with the line manager.
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge on the product portfolio and intended use, proactively searching for market information, competitive developments, and transferring them to the Sales teams, in alignment with Marketing.
- Implement sales cycles as needed while assuring good knowledge of the content.
- Communicate on-label medical information to clients.
**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**
- At least 3-5 years’ experience in sales, marketing management in a healthcare environment.
- English & Arabic communication skills (verbal & writing)
- Project Management
- Financial acumen
- Customer relationship management
- Coaching and mentoring skills
**Education/Qualifications**
- University/Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
- Education from the Healthcare sector or a sales related higher education
**Experience**:
- Sales Specialist: 5 years (preferred)
- Healthcare sector: 5 years (preferred)
