Job Title: Senior Consultant - Internal Audit

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and execute internal audit engagements, including planning, scoping, fieldwork, and reporting
- Conduct risk assessments and develop risk-based audit plans
- Identify control deficiencies and recommend practical and effective solutions to improve controls and mitigate risks
- Manage and oversee team members during engagements, providing guidance and feedback as needed
- Review work papers and audit reports to ensure quality and accuracy
- Collaborate with clients to develop and implement remediation plans
- Stay up-to-date on emerging risks, trends, and regulations affecting the industry
- Participate in business development activities, including proposals and client presentations
- Contribute to the development of audit methodologies, tools, and training materials

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or other relevant certification preferred
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in internal audit, risk management, or related field
- Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies and internal control frameworks
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively present to senior management

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
