Responsible in planning, developing, monitoring and implementing all facets of HR functions, which include employee recruitment & placement, new employee orientation, personnel records keeping, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, employee relations and many more.
- Provides varied and responsible miscellaneous financial, secretarial and administrative works to the Top Management.
- Formulates business correspondence letters as necessary; manage correspondences and filing.
- Provides administrative support to the operations department up to the office of the General Manager.
- **Qualifications and Education requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree graduate of Psychology or any 4 year Business Administration course with at least 3- 5 yrs. Human Resource Management and Administrative Experience.
- With Flexibility/Adaptability, Leadership/Management Skills, Planning/Organizing Skills, Human Resource Management & Administrative Skills
- Well-organized and detail-oriented.
- Organized, have good communication skills, and be trustworthy with confidential information in order to be valuable in managing personnel issues and his daily duties.
- Maintains positive Company morale and professional attitude.
- With NOC/transferable Visa
- Can join immediately
- currently here in Qatar
Pay: QAR1,500.00 - QAR2,300.00 per month
**Education**:
- Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Human Resources: 3 years (required)
