Receptionist

We are looking for an experienced Receptionist to join the team.
The receptionist reflects the first impression of the company's employees, so she is always required to show the highest level of professionalism through appearance and communication, by receiving clients in a professional manner and directing them to their needs within the company, in addition to receiving and transferring daily phone calls and receiving mail. Also, ensure that the health procedures for customers are followed.
**Key roles and responsibilities**:
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, answering or referring inquiries.
- Receiving calls and communications, answering them, and transferring them professionally.
- Update calendars and schedule meetings
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.
- Contact with DMH clients and submit reports as requested by management.
- Pay attention to any movements within the company and report them.
- Maintain confidentiality of information and data.
- Any other work required by the administration.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.
**Minimum Qualification & Requirements**:
- Diploma degree or general education.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in office environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft office and computer skills.
- Strong phone skills.
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak English.
- Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
**Salary**: QAR4,000.00 - QAR4,500.00 per month
