**Tea Maker - Job Responsibilities (Chai Gnad)**
- **Tea Preparation & Service**:

- Prepare a variety of teas (Karak, Masala, Green Tea, Herbal, etc.) according to Chai Gnad’s standard recipes.
- Ensure consistency in taste, aroma, and presentation of all beverages.
- Serve tea promptly for dine-in, takeaway, and catering orders.
- **Quality & Hygiene**:

- Maintain high standards of cleanliness in the tea preparation area.
- Follow proper food safety and hygiene practices (hand washing, sanitizing equipment, safe storage of ingredients).
- Check expiry dates of milk, tea leaves, and other ingredients regularly.
- **Customer Service**:

- Greet and interact politely with customers while taking and serving orders.
- Handle special requests (e.g., extra strong, less sugar) with accuracy.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering orders on time.
- **Stock & Inventory Management**:

- Monitor daily usage of milk, sugar, tea leaves, and other supplies.
- Report low stock levels to the supervisor for timely replenishment.
- Avoid wastage of ingredients through proper portion control.
- **Equipment Handling & Maintenance**:

- Operate tea-making equipment, kettles, burners, and dispensers safely.
- Clean utensils and equipment after each shift.
- Report any malfunctioning equipment to the supervisor immediately.
- **Teamwork & Operations Support**:

- Assist in preparing light snacks (if required) to support the kitchen team.
- Support colleagues during peak hours to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow supervisor’s instructions and cooperate with staff for catering orders.
- **Professional Conduct**:

- Maintain neat grooming and wear proper uniform as per Chai Gnad’s standards.
- Be punctual, disciplined, and respectful in the workplace.
- Uphold Chai Gnad’s brand image through professional service and consistency.

Pay: QAR1,500.00 - QAR1,800.00 per month
