**Key Qualifications**:

- At least 10 years of experience in aviation security within airlines or airports.
- Extensive knowledge of x-ray screening operations, including new technologies and equipment.
- Strong background in quality control and quality assurance activities.
- Proven expertise in mentoring and developing security procedures, corrective action plans, and business continuity strategies.
- Significant experience managing a workforce of 500 to 600 staff members.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality security services to clients.
- Solid understanding of audit and inspection procedures, as well as root cause analysis.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement security policies and procedures.
- Manage and coordinate security operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
