- Develop and implement security policies and procedures.
- Manage and coordinate security operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Coach and mentor security personnel to maintain high standards of performance.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify gaps and mitigate potential security threats.
- Liaise with clients to deliver exceptional security services and address any concerns or requirements.
- Oversee the deployment and maintenance of security technology and equipment.
- Prepare detailed reports on security operations and incident responses.
