Key Responsibilities
- Carry out all carpentry work related to furniture, doors, windows, partitions, and gypsum ceiling works.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of wooden fixtures in buildings, apartments, and common areas.
- Inspect and repair damage to wood structures and surfaces, including door frames, cabinets, wardrobes, and flooring.
- Install locks, hinges, handles, skirting boards, wall panels, shelves, and other wooden accessories.
- Assist in setting up work areas and cleaning up after tasks are completed.
- Coordinate with the Helpdesk and Supervisors for daily tasks and urgent maintenance requests.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned work in accordance with quality standards and safety regulations.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Technical Certificate in Carpentry or Building Maintenance.
- Minimum 3 years of carpentry experience in facility management, property maintenance field.
- Ability to interpret and work from technical drawings or work instructions.
- Skilled in using power and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Basic understanding of building codes and safety procedures.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team under pressure and within deadlines.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor.
