**OBJECTIVE**:
Responsible for overseeing the camp facility and will ensure the camp remains secure and that all employees are properly accommodated. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Ensure the site, camp facilities, safety & security, kitchen, dining hall, housekeeping, laundry, recreation, transportation & maintenance are in good working order and organized at all time.

**Responsibilities**

**General responsibilites**

(1) Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsible for the overall management of the camp''s accommodations. This includes ensuring that the facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained.

(2) Supervise the camp staff, including housekeeping, security, and maintenance personnel. This involves assigning tasks, managing schedules, and monitoring performance.

(3) Must ensure that the camp complies with all relevant regulations and safety standards, especially those set by the Qatar Labor Law. They may also be responsible for maintaining records related to camp residents.

(4) Managing the logistics of the camp, such as ensuring an adequate supply of water, electricity, and other essential services, is a key part of the role.

(5) Camp security is a priority. Have to often work closely with security personnel to maintain a safe environment for residents.

(6) Required to provide regular reports to higher management regarding camp operations, issues, and any necessary improvements.

(7) Should be prepared to respond to emergencies, including medical emergencies, fires, or other incidents, and coordinate with relevant authorities when needed.

(8) Effective communication with camp residents and management is essential. Camp Bosses may need to address residents'' concerns or grievances.

(9) Responsible for managing the camp''s budget, which includes expenses related to maintenance, staff salaries, and supplies.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- At least 3 years experience as a Camp Boss.
