We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Camp Boss to join our team. If you have a minimum of 3 years of previous experience in the same position, this opportunity is for you

As Camp Boss, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all camp operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient running of the facility. Your primary focus will be on maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for our campers and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead a team of camp staff, including cooks, cleaners, and maintenance personnel

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations

Coordinate and manage camp logistics, including inventory control, supply management, and equipment maintenance

Assist with budgeting and cost control measures

Handle and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise within the camp

**Requirements**:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Camp Boss

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities

Knowledge of health and safety regulations

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
