Music Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate music production schedules, rehearsals, and event timelines
- Liaise with artists, composers, sound engineers, and production staff
- Manage music licensing, rights, and contractual documentation
- Organize studio bookings, equipment rentals, and technical requirements
- Assist in curating playlists and music selections for projects and events
- Ensure timely communication between internal teams and external partners
- Track budgets related to music production and event coordination
- Support live events, performances, and recording sessions as needed
- Maintain organized archives of music files, cue sheets, and metadata Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Music, Media Production, Arts Management, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in music coordination, event production, or entertainment industry
- Strong understanding of music production workflows and terminology
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with music licensing and copyright regulations is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and music management tools/software
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Preferred Skills
- Experience working in live events, festivals, or studio environments
- Knowledge of Middle Eastern and international music markets
- Basic audio editing or production knowledge is a plus Work Location Doha, Qatar Employment Type Full-time Pay: Up to QAR640,000.00 per year Work
