**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and relationship building.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to enhance their experience.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify areas for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as operations and finance to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the logistics or related industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and market trends to inform decision-making.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
- Valid Qatar Driving license
- Valid QID with transferable NOC

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR4,500.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
