Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers by understanding their beauty, skincare, and makeup needs.
- Provide personalized product recommendations based on skin type, preferences, and desired results.
- Stay up to date with the latest beauty trends, product launches, and industry knowledge.
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets through excellent customer engagement.
- Promote special offers, loyalty programs, and new product collections.
- Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service and follow-up.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure shelves are fully stocked and organized.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Follow company policies, health and safety standards, and hygiene procedures for product testing. Qualifications:
- Previous experience in beauty retail, cosmetics, skincare, or customer service is preferred.
- Passion for beauty, makeup, and skincare products.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-driven with the ability to meet performance targets.
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
- Basic computer and POS system knowledge.
- High school diploma or equivalent. Work
