Job Opportunity: Merchandiser for Leading Confectionery Distributor

We are a prominent distributor of top-quality confectionery products, including popular brands like Candy Land and Bisconni, and we are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team in Qatar. If you have a passion for product presentation, strong attention to detail, and a keen eye for ensuring optimal product placement, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure the proper placement and attractive display of Candy Land and Bisconni products in retail stores, supermarkets, and local markets.
- Conduct regular visits to various retail outlets to check product stock, freshness, and placement.
- Monitor product inventory levels and work with the sales team to replenish stock as needed.
- Create visually appealing displays that drive product visibility and consumer interest.
- Ensure that promotional materials (e.g., posters, banners) are strategically placed to support sales efforts and maximize brand awareness.
- Build strong relationships with store managers and staff to ensure smooth product stocking and timely updates.
- Track product performance and report back on sales trends, stock levels, and potential sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on promotional activities and product campaigns.
- Assist with the execution of in-store promotions and sampling events to engage customers and increase product awareness.
- Address any merchandising issues and resolve them promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in merchandising, retail, or FMCG industries (preferably in confectionery).
- A good understanding of the retail landscape in Qatar and product placement strategies.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and locations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands.
- Valid Qatar driving license and access to a vehicle (preferred).

**Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus, but not mandatory).
