This role involves thorough **technical analysis, cost assessment**, and the development of accurate proposals for **BMS and integrated Controls solutions** aligned with client requirements, budgets, and project timelines.

**Key Responsibilities:Cost Estimation**:

- Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for Controls projects, covering hardware, software, installation, and integration.
- Assess labor, materials, and equipment costs to ensure competitive and realistic bids.
- Perform quantity take-offs and develop Bills of Materials (BOMs).

**Technical Support**:

- Review project specifications, drawings, and requirements to understand the full project scope.
- Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and clients to define and clarify system requirements.
- Provide technical input for system configurations, including **HVAC control, lighting, security, and energy management systems**.

**Bid Preparation**:

- Compile professional proposals, quotations, and tenders for Controls systems and services.
- Ensure comprehensive inclusion of all solution components (controllers, sensors, actuators, etc.).
- Assist the sales team with responding to RFPs and RFQs.

**Project Planning & Scheduling**:

- Estimate timelines for project completion.
- Coordinate with project managers to align estimates with schedules and budgets.
- Identify potential risks impacting project delivery.

**Vendor & Supplier Coordination**:

- Obtain quotations from vendors and suppliers for system components and services.
- Evaluate proposals for technical and financial compliance.

**Budget Management**:

- Monitor project costs during execution to ensure budget adherence.
- Recommend cost-saving strategies without compromising quality.

**Documentation**:

- Maintain detailed documentation of estimates, quotations, and design specifications.
- Generate cost breakdown reports for internal and client use.

**Client Interaction**:

- Communicate effectively with clients to understand needs and present tailored solutions.
- Provide presentations and clarifications for proposals and estimates.

**Compliance & Standards**:

- Ensure all solutions comply with local codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Stay current on advancements in **Building Management Systems (BMS)** and controls technologies.

**Qualifications:Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Electronics and Communications, Instrumentation**, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- 1-2 years of experience in **Controls System Estimation**, **Project Engineering**, or a related field.

**Technical Skills**:

- Strong understanding of BMS hardware & software, including **SCADA systems**, control panels, and energy management tools.
- Proficient with estimation software, **AutoCAD**, and MS Office.
- Familiarity with control components (controllers, sensors, actuators, HVAC systems, lighting, security, etc.).

**Soft Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in estimation.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
