**JOB DESCRIPTION**

Position Title: Store Manager | Fitness & Life Style | Qatar

Reports to: Adminstrative: Country Manager

Functionally: Head Operations

Business Unit/ Department: Retail General

**JOB PURPOSE**:
Leading the store sales team in Qatar in close cooperation with the commercial team Ensure the store is profitable and captures all necessary business for its growth.

**_Description _**

1. Ensure the smooth operation of the store in a daily basis.

2. Maintain the rotas (scheduling) of staff attending the store updated at all times and ensure staffing is aligned with peak hours and days.

3. Maintain proper inventory levels in the store and in the logistic partner to avoid out of stock situations.

4. Proactively report, manage and suggest product display in the store in order to obtain sales and margin.

5. Spend time searching for local retail partners that can buy the brands AKI distributes in bulk.

6. Spend time “hunting” opportunities in Villas, High Net worth Individuals, Sheikhs and large private gyms and installations.

7. Create a close cooperation with our commercial team in Qatar to secure partnership in fulfilling opportunities and creating leads from one type of business to the other.

8. Ensure flawless store operation and close connection with landlord to simulate mall marketing of the store.

9. Regularly work with marketing central team to ensure Qatar is properly covered and developed.

**EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION**

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience.
Minimum Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in the fitness industry, preferably in sales to retailers, commercial or semi commercial environment. Retail experience necessary.

**SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES**

**Job Specific**: Strong experience managing teams and sales teams, Excellent level of English,
Arabic is a plus.
