**Reports To**: Outlet Manager

**Job Summary**:
The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee, beverages, and light food items while delivering excellent customer service. A mid-level barista is expected to have solid technical coffee knowledge, be skilled in latte art, and support junior team members in maintaining operational standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Beverage Preparation**:

- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages consistently to company standards.
- Demonstrate proficiency in brewing methods (e.g., espresso, pour-over, French press, cold brew).
- Create and maintain high-quality latte art.
- Provide professional, friendly, and attentive service to customers.
- Take and process orders accurately using POS systems.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints politely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station and café area.
- Follow health, hygiene, and safety standards in handling food and beverages.
- Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies, ensuring timely requisitions.
- Assist in training and guiding junior baristas.
- Share product knowledge and brewing techniques with team members.
- Support supervisors in daily café operations when required.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **2-3 years of barista experience** in specialty coffee or café operations.
- Strong knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and café equipment.
- Proven skill in latte art and coffee presentation.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
