Position: Mason Foreman
**Level**: Typically **senior/junior foreman** depending on years of experience (not entry-level; requires hands-on expertise + team leadership).
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily masonry activities at the site.
- Allocate work to masons, helpers, and other site staff.
- Ensure quality of blockwork, plastering, brickwork, tiling, and stonework.
- Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and work orders.
- Monitor productivity, materials usage, and minimize wastage.
- Enforce safety rules and ensure workers wear PPE.
- Report progress and issues to the Site Engineer/Construction Manager.
- Train new workers and check workmanship standards.
**Requirements**:
- 5-7 years of experience in masonry, with at least 2-3 years in a foreman/supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of masonry techniques, materials, and finishing standards.
- Ability to read construction drawings.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Safety-conscious and detail-oriented.
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: QAR3,150.00 per month
