Job description

We have a current opportunity for a Lead of Technical Safety & LP COMP3 Shared Resources on a contract basis. The position will be based in Doha. For further information about this position please apply.
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Safety Engineering or equivalent.
- With minimum 10 years of experience in industrial safety and loss prevention in the oil and gas industry with special emphasis in Offshore Projects & Operations, Process Safety, Technical Safety Studies such as QRA, SIL, HAZOP, PHA studies, Loss Prevention Engineering, Risk Assessment, Safe Systems of Work and Emergency Procedures.
- Extensive experience in leading hazard identification reviews utilizing recognized techniques (e.g., HAZOP, What-If, etc.) with a good understanding of risk assessment techniques.
- Practical knowledge of safe systems of work is essential with Emergency Preparedness knowledge/experience strongly desirable.
- Knowledge in MS Office, technical software.
