Civil Foreman

We are hiring for a well-established facility maintenance company in Qatar currently managing a government healthcare project. We are seeking a skilled **Civil Foreman** with **proven experience in facility maintenance** who can effectively supervise and coordinate civil works in healthcare or other high-priority environments.

**Position: Civil Foreman**
**Location: Al Saad & Umm Salal, Qatar**
**Employment Type: Temporary - 2 months (with possible extension)**
**Salary: QAR 3,400/month (all-inclusive package)**
**Working Hours: 9 hours per day, 6 days a week**
**Joining Date: Immediate**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise and manage daily civil maintenance tasks on-site
- Coordinate workers and subcontractors to ensure timely task completion
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Read and interpret civil drawings and specifications
- Inspect completed work and report progress to the site engineer or manager
- Assist in basic troubleshooting and problem-solving on-site

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Civil Foreman in facility management
- Strong understanding of civil maintenance and repair work
- Ability to read drawings and supervise technical teams
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Valid Qatar ID (QID)
- Willingness to work in remote or rotating locations (Al Saad & Umm Salal)
- Immediate availability
