Madad is a fintech startup transforming MSME financing in Qatar. Our vision is to unlock the financial potential of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). We are starting as a tech-enabled invoice discounting platform, enabling small businesses to access fast, hassle-free funding. We are a part of the Qatar Central Bank Regulatory Sandbox.

Backed by deep expertise in finance and B2B technology, we are on a mission to empower MSMEs—helping them grow, thrive, and contribute to Qatar’s economic diversification. We combine cutting-edge technology with smart risk assessment to create a seamless, transparent, and efficient financing experience.

**What will you be working on?**
- **Design marketing strategy**:

- Conduct research around target audience, potential partners, channels etc.
- Design brand positioning and messaging with leadership at Madad
- Define marketing objectives - what are we trying to achieve, why and by when
- Develop distribution channels - like linkedin, instagram, blog, offline events etc.
- Define success metrics across objectives and channels with leadership at Madad
- **Execute marketing strategy and plans**:

- Implement the final plan on all selected marketing channels
- Create marketing material, copies, content for all channels
- Track the success metrics and course correct towards the defined goals
- **Work with leadership and other teams as a unit**:

- Co-ordinate with product team to identify the Unique Selling Proposition and develop right marketing strategy
- Work with finance team to keep marketing plans within budgets
- **Create and grow MSME ecosystem in Qatar**:

- Design the structure of MSME ecosystem at Madad and grow it
- Build and maintain relationships with customer and key partners
- Create and execute plans to bring value for all stakeholders through collaboration

**What are the required education and experience backgrounds?**
- Holds bachelor / masters degree in marketing
- Has 2-3 years of experience in designing and executing marketing plans
- Had worked in a technology company that has tech-product as main business
