**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage full accounting operations, including general ledger, payables, receivables, and payroll.
- Prepare accurate monthly and annual financial reports and statements.
- Monitor budgets, cash flow, and financial performance to support management decisions.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and audit requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and confidentiality of all financial data.
- Coordinate with auditors and other departments to resolve discrepancies.
- Supervise and guide junior accounting staff.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, including senior-level responsibility.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and reporting standards.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Locally available in Qatar with a valid visa and QID (preferred).

**Preferred Qualifications & Qualities**:

- Experience in trading, multi-currency transactions, and intercompany accounting
- Skills in managing cash flow, budgeting, fixed assets, and improving financial controls
- Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, CMA, or payroll-related credentials
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, mentoring, and reporting skills
- Proficient in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
