**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Consultation**: Meet with potential tenants, landlords, and investors to understand leasing needs and match them with suitable commercial properties.
- **Lease Negotiation**: Negotiate lease terms, including rental rates, duration, and tenant improvement allowances, ensuring the best deal for both landlords and tenants.
- **Market Expertise**: Provide clients with in-depth knowledge of local commercial leasing trends, market conditions, and competitive pricing to help guide their leasing decisions.
- **Property Showings**: Schedule and conduct property viewings, highlighting key features and benefits of each property based on the client’s requirements.
- **Lease Agreements**: Draft, review, and facilitate the execution of commercial lease agreements, ensuring that both parties are clear on terms and obligations.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with property owners, tenants, and other stakeholders. Offer exceptional customer service throughout the leasing process and beyond.
- **Market Analysis**: Conduct regular analysis of the leasing market to provide clients with accurate data and trends on rental pricing, vacancy rates, and market conditions.
- **Networking & Lead Generation**: Build a strong network of commercial property owners, developers, investors, and prospective tenants.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in commercial leasing or real estate (1+ years preferred).
- Strong understanding of commercial property types (office, retail, industrial) and leasing structures.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leasing deals simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High degree of professionalism and attention to detail.
