**Mandatory Requirements**
- 15 years of experience, minimum 10 years with infrastructure projects
- MMUP Grade A in Quantity Surveying (Not in Civil)
- Strong experience in pre contract roles
- QID is mandatory & should be in Qatar
- Should join us within 2 weeks
- Duration - 2 years
- Bilingual preferred but not mandatory
- Should be able to provide engineering services required for the performance of tenders, tender evaluation, contract management, contract administration, invoices, variations and claims with knowledge in Qatari contracts laws and regulations.
- Must have solid experience in project management, project initiating, planning executing and monitoring and control. PMP certified is preferable.
- The works shall be under the supervision of the client’s representative and as per his directions.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in Tenders, Tender evaluation, Contract Management, Contract administration, invoices, Variations and Claims with Knowledge in Qatari Contracts laws and regulations.
- Must have solid experience in Project Management project initiating, Planning Executing and Monitoring and Control.

**Job Types**: Temporary, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: QAR10,000.00 - QAR13,000.00 per month

License/Certification:

- MMUP/UPDA Certification in Quantity Surveying (required)
