Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, e-commerce, or a related field. Sometimes a diploma + strong experience may suffice.
- Experience: 2-5 years of e-commerce relevant experience, especially with online retail, marketplaces, or direct-to-consumer brands.
- Technical / Digital Skills:

- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.)
- Digital marketing skills: SEO, Google Ads, social media advertising, content marketing.
- Web analytics: ability to use tools like Google Analytics, conversion rate optimization, A/B testing.
- Basic understanding of inventory/logistics, order management, supply chain coordination.
- Soft Skills:

- Strong communication, coordination across teams (marketing, logistics, customer service).
- Analytical mindset. Use data to drive decisions.
- Problem solving optimizing conversion, reducing cart abandonment, improving user experience.
- Adaptability: being able to work in fast moving / changing environments.
- Additional/Desirable:

- Multilingual (English & Arabic) can be a plus.

Typical Responsibilities

expected to do in the role:

- Manage and optimize online sales channels (website, app, marketplaces).
- Plan and execute e-commerce strategy: promotions, seasonal campaigns, content, merchandising.
- Monitor performance metrics: traffic, conversion rate, average order value, bounce rate, etc.
- Improve site UX / landing pages / checkout flows.
- Coordinate with inventory, logistics, customer service to ensure order fulfillment, stock availability, returns, etc.
- Work with marketing on ads (social / search), SEO, content to drive traffic & awareness.
- Manage product listings: uploads, descriptions, pricing, images.
- Monitor competitive landscape, stay updated on trends / pricing.
- social media experience in marketing is a plus.

**Job Types**: Temporary, Contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR4,500.00 per month
